Automatic Movement:
Japanese Seiko NH36A Automatic Movement: The Seiko NH36A is an extremely precise self-winding movement and has 24-jewel bearings. The movement is one of the world’s most popular automatic movements. The NH36A should be fully wound after about 55 manual turns of the crown. Some would argue that Seiko were the first brand to produce an automatic watch and watch critics argue that Seiko movement are as accurate as major Swiss luxury providers. Day Date Window - Day date complications show the day of the week displayed on the dial in addition to the standard date display. Very elegant and easy to read the day and the date at three o’clock.
Watch Hands – The "cathedral" hands, which resembles stained glass windows and a classic for military-styled watches hands is just a convenient way of describing the shape of the hour hand. Those hands require more luminous materials to be painted on the hands to give better visibility at night.
